Mad Hatter Classics

• After Dinner Mint

  3 layers of devil’s food cake layered with chocolate ganache and mint buttercream. Topped with ganache and after dinner mints.

• Chocolate on White

  3 layers of fluffy white cake filled and iced with our rich chocolate fudge icing.

• Raspberry Fudge

  3 layers of rich devil’s food cake with fresh raspberry puree and iced with chocolate fudge icing. Topped with a generous pool of raspberry puree and adorned with dark chocolate shavings.

• Strawberry Buttercream

  3 layers of moist white or devil’s food cake covered with fresh strawberry buttercream. Garnished with fresh strawberries and white buttercream rosettes.

• Carrot Cake

  Our scratch-made carrot cake is filled with pineapple, fresh carrots and raisins. Iced with rich cream cheese icing and decorated with pecans and buttercream carrots.

Ordering Guidelines

We can fulfill most cake orders within 24 hours if placed before 6pm, with the exception of Tiramisu, Cheesecakes and cakes 12 inches or larger, as these usually require a special bake and more time.
